For many years, the eCrome group has developed software for healthcare, retail and publishing. Today we channel that experience into a single goal: AI agents that work reliably alongside people in Swiss companies.
Our management and Board of Directors have completed the same AI training we require of our consultants. We know what we are talking about because we build it ourselves.

Is responsible for the group’s finance, controlling and administration. She ensures that projects and operations remain predictable and cost-effective for our customers.
Consulting is deliberately organised as a separate company. Development, operations and training sit with eCrome Group AG – training for the consultants of eCrome Consulting AG included.
Our open arc comes from the “C” in our logo. It stays open – for your organisation, which completes the cycle of advising, developing and operating.

Everyone who advises or develops with us goes through a structured programme: AI fundamentals, agent development, process analysis and defending their own AI applications in a hackathon. We are looking for people with process experience in retail or healthcare who are keen to take this path.
