Agents that get the job done.

We develop AI agents and autonomous workflows that work inside your existing systems. They read, check and decide within the agreed scope – and hand over to a person when it matters.

Levels of autonomy

You decide how much an agent decides on its own.

We usually start at level 1 and increase autonomy step by step once quality has been proven in live operation.

Level 1 · Assistance

The agent prepares: it reads documents, summarises them and suggests replies or bookings. A person reviews and triggers every action.

Level 2 · Workflow

The agent runs clearly defined processes on its own and only checks back when there are exceptions. Rules, thresholds and escalations are defined in advance.

Level 3 · Autonomous

Several agents share a business process, plan sub-tasks and coordinate with one another. People steer through goals, spot checks and the control centre.

RFP automation solution

From tender notice to submitted proposal.

Public tenders under Swiss procurement law (PPA and IAPP), RFPs from large corporations or quotation requests from regular customers: every bid ties up specialists for days, and a single missing attachment can decide the outcome. Our RFP agent takes on the work from search to finished submission package, including solution design, significantly reducing the workload of your engineers. Your team decides, sharpens the key messages and signs.

Step 1 · Find

Never miss a tender again

Every day the agent searches simap.ch, TED and your customers’ portals, reads invitations in your inbox and reports only what fits your offering.

Step 2 · Assess

Go/no-go on a single page

Suitability and award criteria, matching references, available capacity and expected margin add up to a reasoned recommendation. Your management makes the decision.

Step 3 · Break down

Every requirement captured

The specification and attachments become a requirements matrix with mandatory and optional criteria, evidence, forms and deadlines. The agent turns ambiguities into questions for the contracting authority, well before the Q&A round closes.

Step 4 · Answer and design

Answers and solution design

From your knowledge base of references, certificates, CVs and previous proposals, the agent drafts an answer with source references for every requirement. It derives the solution design from customer solutions you have delivered and from vendor reference architectures. Your engineers review and refine the draft instead of starting from scratch.

Step 5 · Price

Price sheet and proposal in your corporate design

Quantities and prices come from your ERP costing, forms are filled in and the proposal is typeset in your corporate design. A completeness check compares everything against the requirements matrix.

Step 6 · Submit and learn

Submitted on time, better next time

Once you approve, the agent assembles the submission package and keeps track of every deadline. It analyses each award or rejection and uses it to improve the answer library for the next bid.

What you receive for each tender

  • Go/no-go recommendation with rationale and risk assessment
  • Complete requirements matrix with status for each criterion
  • Response document with sources for every statement
  • Solution design with architecture diagram and system overview, derived from customer solutions you have delivered and vendor reference architectures
  • Price sheet, completed forms and evidence
  • Deadline schedule with reminders for everyone involved
  • Submission package, ready for signature

Works for public tenders just as well as for private RFPs, RFIs and quotation requests. The agent integrates with your CRM, ERP and document repository, such as SharePoint.

Agent · RFPs and tendersExample

Approach

Your first agent in production within weeks.

We work in short sprints with visible interim results. After each stage, you decide whether and how to proceed.

  1. Week 1

    Understand

Process mapping with your specialists; data sources, systems and success criteria.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Prototype

A working agent using real, anonymised cases. You see what it can do – and where it falls short.

  3. Weeks 5–8

    Pilot

Deployment in one team, measurement of quality and time saved, fine-tuning of the rules.

  4. After that

    Production

Handover to operations with monitoring, a service level and continuous improvement.

These timeframes are indicative for a clearly defined process and are set out bindingly in the project plan.

Technology

Model-agnostic and open.

We use the technology that suits the task and avoid dependencies that would cost you dearly later on.

Orchestration

Workflows with n8n and our own agent frameworks, versioned and testable.

Language models

Leading cloud models, or open-source models in our Swiss cloud or your own data centre – depending on the data class.

Integration

REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, HL7/FHIR, databases and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Quality

Test cases from your day-to-day work, automated evaluation and approval of every new version.
